Alpine is pleased to announce that we are once again offering supplemental insurance by Aflac to our employees for the current open enrollment period. Aflac staff will be reaching out to Alpine employees to offer Aflac insurance at group rates that are 50% cheaper than regular, individual rates.
Alpine's health plan for employees is being provided by Humana and coverage is available for Alpine employees, their spouses, children and their families. Alpine will contribute 50% of the individual cost of the plan (unless the premium exceeds 9.5% of an employee's income, in which case Alpine will contribute the difference), all other costs will be at the employee's expense. Eligible employees include all employees that work more than 29.5 hours/week over a pre-determined period of time.
Alpine Homecare was pleased to participate in the June 6th, 2018 Provider Fair, organized by Access Long Term Support Solutions (Colorado Access).
Alpine representatives were on hand to answer questions by Colorado Access case managers about Alpine's service offering and emphasize Alpine Homecare's key strengths as a family-owned care provider, such as our reliable, friendly and high-quality care service, the free, but highly competent application assistance, and our large pool of multi-lingual care providers.
